I’m excited for many reasons to have my work up on that site, first and foremost of which is that I grew up going to brick-and-mortar stores, and I still deeply enjoy the cozy feeling of walking into a bookshop on a rainy day. There’s something tangible and simultaneously unbelievable about being able to say: “You can buy my book at Barnes & Noble.”

I’m going to schedule some streams over on Twitch to talk more about the book and continue this kind of a retrospective on the self-publishing process that I’ve been doing recently. And it’s getting close to NaNoWriMo season, which means I’m once again entertaining delusions of grandeur. As they say on TikTok, I’m still in my delusional era about that whole scene. And I’ll keep it that way for the time being.
